Ingredients

Tatar:

1 spoon Mango chutney House of Asia

1 spoon Oyster sauce House of Asia

1 teaspoon Light soy sauce House of Asia

1 spoon Sesame oil House of Asia

1 spoon Lime juice House of Asia

200 g fresh tuna steak

10 fresh raspberries

1 Hass avocado, finely diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Mango salad and sauce:

1 spoon Rice vinegar House of Asia

1 tablespoon House of Asia Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon House of Asia lime juice

3 tablespoons QF Quality Food Mango Pulp

1/2 mango cut into long thin strips

1/2 cucumber cut into long thin strips

1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

1 tablespoon of boiled water

Salt, black pepper to taste

A method of preparing

1.       Cut the tuna into small cubes, season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil, add a pinch of pepper, onion, raspberries and mix everything gently.

2.       Add lime juice, cilantro, and salt to the sliced ​​avocado and mix.

3.       Prepare the salad: place the cucumber and mango in a bowl, add the coriander, sesame oil, vinegar, chili flakes, salt, pepper and mix.

4.       Mix the mango pulp with lime juice and water.

5.       Place a round cake tin on a plate, top with the avocado, then the tartare, and carefully remove it so it doesn't fall apart. Garnish the plate with the prepared mango sauce.

6.       Serve the finished dish with mango salad, mango chutney and sprinkle with coriander.
