How to make sushi bake?

Ingredients
Ingredients for rice:
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 50 ml rice vinegar
- 50 ml of water
- ½ tablespoon of sugar or erythritol
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Ingredients for salmon marinade:
- 1 spoon S&B wasabi paste
- 1 spoon sesame oil
- 500 g fresh salmon
- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 2 years old, so we are
- 1 chopped spring onion
The other ingredients:
- A few sheets of nori leaves
- 2 tablespoons white sesame
- A few teaspoons of sriracha
- 1 tablespoon S&B wasabi paste
- Sliced cucumber and avocado
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of chives
A method of preparing
- Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook according to the package directions. Mix with the marinade and line the bottom of an ovenproof dish with it. Top with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and 1 crumbled nori sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees (convection).
- Dice the salmon and combine with the marinade ingredients. Place on top of the rice and bake for 15 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise with wasabi. Garnish the top of the casserole with our wasabi mayo, sriracha, cucumber slices, and avocado. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
- The dish can be eaten on its own or portioned onto nori sheets and eaten like tacos.
