Kaburamaki sushi with salmon, eel and shrimp
If you're a sushi lover, this recipe is perfect for you! Kaburamaki is a type of sushi in which the filling ingredients are wrapped around the outside of the roll, and the entire roll is covered with an additional layer of ingredients. Contrary to appearances, it's not very difficult to prepare!
Ingredients
- 250 gr House of Asia sushi rice (4 rolls)
- 2 House of Asia nori leaves
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia wasabi paste
- 50 g fresh salmon cut into wide, thin slices
- 50 g fresh eel cut into wide, thin slices
- 4 cooked black tiger shrimp
- 1 ripe avocados, cut into thin, wide slices
- 75 g package of Philadelphia cheese

A method of preparing
- Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package (you will also need House of Asia Sushi Rice Sauce). You can find the recipe for cooking sushi rice here HERE>
- Place half of the nori leaf on a bamboo mat covered with plastic wrap.
- Spread the rice over the entire leaf, then turn it over so that the rice is facing down.
- Spread Philadelphia cream cheese, wasabi, shrimp, and avocado. Roll up and top with alternating wide slices of avocado, salmon, and eel.
- Cut the sushi into 6 pieces and serve with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, wasabi paste and ginger.
