Airfryer vegetable fries
Bored with classic potatoes? Time for vegetable fries with a Mexican twist! Mixed vegetables + taco seasoning = a flavor explosion.
Add a simple mayonnaise-based sauce and Sambal Oelek, and you've got a snack that disappears faster than you can take a picture. Perfect for a Netflix binge, a healthy lunch, or a party table.
Ingredients
- 1 spoon Taco Casa del Sur Seasoning
- 1 carrot, cut into sticks
- 1 parsley, cut into strips
- 1/2 celery stick, cut into sticks
- 1/2 sweet potato cut into strips
- 1 potato cut into sticks
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
SOS:
- 1 spoon Sambal Oelek House of Asia chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (vegetarian mayonnaise is fine)
- 1 teaspoon of chives
A method of preparing
- Place the vegetables in a bowl, cover with cold water and leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Dry the fries on a paper towel, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and spices.
- Place in the airfryer at 200°C and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
- Serve the finished fries with the prepared sauce and chives.
