Fried rice with vegetables and oyster sauce
An Asian dish in 15 minutes! Fried rice with crispy vegetables, tofu, and a hint of oriental spices is the perfect, quick dish for lunch or dinner. Easy to prepare and full of flavor and aroma – spice it up with a little oyster sauce and garlic-ginger paste!
Ingredients
- 1 House of Asia Wok Vegetables
- ½ package Bamboo shoots 225 g House of Asia
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- 1 spoon House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Garlic, Ginger and Chili Pastes or 3 cloves of garlic, a piece of ginger and a chili pepper
- 200 g jasmine rice, cooked the day before
- 100 g tofu
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- a handful of finely chopped spring onions
- frying oil
A method of preparing
- Rinse the wok vegetables and bamboo shoots with cold water, drain, dry and chop.
- Drain the tofu, cut into cubes, marinate in 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and half of the Chinese spice mix.
- Pour oil into a heated pan and sauté the onion. Add the vegetables, sprouts, and paste. Cook for another minute. Move to the side of the pan.
- In a pan, fry the tofu until golden brown. Crack in the eggs and wait until they set, then add the rice and fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with oyster sauce and Chinese spice mix. Sprinkle with scallions when ready.
