Ingredients

  • 100g panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 spoon light soy sauce
  • 540 g banana blossom cut into thin strips
  • ½ head of small white cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt 
  • frying oil

Sauce:

  • 1 sheet Cloud cut into long strips
  • 1 spoon sesame
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

A method of preparing

  1. Place the banana blossom in a sieve. Rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Then drain thoroughly and chop.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth. Season with salt and soy sauce. Chop the cabbage and place in a large bowl. Mix with the banana blossom and panko.
  3. Heat a frying pan and use a spoon to form large pancakes (about 15 cm in diameter). Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve with mayonnaise, sesame seeds, nori, and sprinkle with chives.
