Beef in Hoisin Sauce

This simple recipe, made with just a few ingredients and topped with our products, is a true ambrosia of flavors. Ingredients
- 100 gr House of Asia Hoisin Sauce
- 50 gr House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp House of Asia Ginger Pastes or 1 cm of fresh, finely chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons PHouse of Asia garlic paste or 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 400 g beef cut into thick strips
- 150 g of broccoli florets
- 150 g peppers cut into strips
- 150 g onion, cut into quarters or eighths (quarters for smaller ones, eighths for larger ones)
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
A method of preparing
1. Marinate the meat in oyster sauce for at least 15 minutes. Mix the hoisin sauce with the garlic and ginger paste and water.
2. Heat a wok, add oil, and fry the meat until well browned on all sides. Transfer the cooked meat to a plate lined with paper towels. Leave the cooking juices in the pan.
3. Sauté the bell pepper, onion, and broccoli in the meat sauce. Add the meat and toss everything with the previously prepared sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with jasmine rice.
