Fresh spring rolls with avocado and sweet chili sauce
Looking for a refreshing vegetable treat with an Asian twist? You've come to the right place! Fresh Spring Rolls with avocado and Sriracha sauce are a true flavor bomb. They're incredibly quick to prepare, so they can also serve as a delicious snack for a get-together with friends!
Ingredients
- 1 pack rice paper
- 1 pack mung bean vermicelli noodles
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha green chili sauce
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into strips
- 1 small carrot, cut into thin strips
- 1 small baby romaine lettuce, cut into strips
- 1 small green cucumber, cut into strips
To serve:
- 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce bright
A method of preparing
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- In a bowl, combine the avocado, carrot, lettuce and cucumber, then season with ginger paste, sweet chili sauce and a drizzle of rice vinegar.
- Lightly dampen a piece of rice paper with water and place it on a board. Lightly brush it with sriracha sauce, then place the chopped vegetables and some pasta in the center. Roll the whole thing into a tight roll.
- Cut the rolls in half and serve with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
