Japanese Okonomiyaki pancakes

These pancakes, filled with chunks of vegetables, are served with a rich tonkatsu sauce, making every bite an unforgettable taste experience.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
1 carrot
½ head of small white cabbage
4 eggs
100 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Salt to taste
Frying oil
To serve:
2 tablespoons House of Asia Tonkatsu Sauce
1 spoon House of Asia White Sesame
1 sheet House of Asia Seaweed Nori Leaves cut into thin strips
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped chives
A method of preparing
1. Beat the eggs until smooth. Then gently mix in the flour, baking powder, soy sauce, and salt.
2. Shred the cabbage, place it in a large bowl, season with salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out any excess water. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot. Add the vegetables to the bowl with the dough. Mix thoroughly.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Form the mixture into patties about 10 cm in diameter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
4. Spread the cooked okonomiyaki with tonkatsu sauce and mayonnaise. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds, chopped nori, and chives.
