Onigiri with omelette and salmon

Ingredients
- 250 gr House of Asia sushi rice
- 1 spoon House of Asia Sushi Rice Sauce
Omelette:
- 1 spoon House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- Freshly ground pepper
- 70 g smoked salmon
- A handful of chives
Additionally:
- 1 spoon Light sesame House of Asia
- 1 spoon Black sesame House of Asia
- 1 sheet Nori leaves House of Asia
A method of preparing
- Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Pour the sushi rice sauce into the lukewarm rice and mix. Recipe>
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the soy sauce, milk, pepper, chopped salmon, and chopped chives. Mix thoroughly.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add 1/4 of the mixture, and cook until set, but the top is still raw. Roll the whole thing up and move it to the side of the pan. Add the remaining mixture and cook until set. Fold the fried omelet over itself and cook until the mixture is used up and it forms one large omelet.
- Cut the omelette into smaller pieces.
- Line an onigiri mold with plastic wrap, add 1 tablespoon of rice, then the sliced omelette, and cover with rice again. Then, use the other half of the mold to press everything together and carefully remove from the foil.
- Cut a nori leaf into thin strips and stick them onto the onigiri. Coat the entire sheet with the sesame mixture.
