Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 50 gr Sambal Oelek chili sauce
  • 2 tsp ginger paste or 3 cm fresh, finely chopped
  • 50 g white part of leek, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 medium onions, sliced ​​into wedges
  • 2 teaspoons of corn flour or potato starch
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

A method of preparing

  1. Mix soy sauce with ginger, sambal oelek chili sauce, and the zest of 1 orange. Marinate the turkey in the sauce.
  2. Peel the orange and cut it into smaller pieces, place it in a bowl and mix with the juice from the second orange and the cornstarch.
  3. Add oil to a hot pan, fry the turkey until golden brown, then add the carrots, onion, and leek. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, add the orange sauce, mix well, and sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

To serve:

  • 1 tablespoon of roasted white sesame
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro

To serve Chow mein noodles, Mie noodles, room and/ or ryż jaśminowy
