On October 23, the Transgourmet Culinary Institute hosted Thai cuisine workshops led by the finalist of the 7th edition of the Master Chef program. Martyna Chomacka! Our Chef Jarek Owczarczyk was also present at the event, helping participants season their dishes.

The workshop participants were the winners of a competition held on House of Asia's social media profiles from October 2nd to 15th. Their task was to prepare their own version of the Thai classic – Pad Thai. A jury selected 10 winners who, along with their guests, had the opportunity to participate in this extraordinary event.

During the workshops, Martyna Chomacka shared her knowledge of Thai cuisine, acquired during her numerous travels throughout Asia. Thanks to her, participants learned how to prepare: Tom Kha soup, pad Thai and an exotic dessert Mango Sticky Rice.

An additional surprise was the tasting of our brand's coconut water. QF Quality Food.
