Thai salad with rice noodles and ground turkey
Quick, simple, and full of flavor – this Thai rice noodle salad with ground turkey is the perfect recipe for a light yet filling meal that can be prepared in just 10 minutes! Fresh vegetables, tender turkey, and a fragrant House of Asia fish sauce sauce create a harmonious blend of flavors that will delight everyone. This recipe is easy to make and yet full of Thai flavors – perfect for a quick dinner or lunch!
Ingredients
- 1 pack Gluten-Free Mung Bean Vermicelli Pasta from House of Asia
- 200 g ground turkey meat
- 1 kohlrabi, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium carrot, cut into thin strips
- 100 g green beans
- 1 green cucumber, cut into thin half-slices
- 50 g roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Oil
SOS:
- 5 tablespoons House of Asia Fish Sauce
- 5 tablespoons House of Asia Lime Juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 green peppers
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
A method of preparing
- Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, rinse it with cold water and oil. Cut the pasta into smaller pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Clean the beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer them to cold water, dry them and cut them into 2-3 cm strips.
- Boil the meat in water for a few minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add vegetables, herbs, nuts, and meat to the bowl of pasta. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and mix well.
