Vietnamese-style pork
A perfect option for a quick dinner full of oriental flavors! Juicy meat, crispy vegetables, and delicate House of Asia bamboo shoots bathed in aromatic oyster and fish sauce. A fried egg completes the dish, adding a velvety texture to every bite. Ready in 20 minutes – perfect for a quick yet unique meal!
Ingredients
- 1/2 package House of Asia Bamboo Shoots
- 1 spoon House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Fish Sauce
- 400 g minced pork
- 1 onion, cut into feathers
- 100 g finely chopped peppers
- 1 tablespoon peeled and grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 chili pepper, seedless
- 5 g of
- 100 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
- 1 teaspoon of potato starch
A method of preparing
- Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat, breaking it up thoroughly and stirring occasionally. Transfer to a bowl. In the same pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper, ginger, garlic, and chili. Add the fish sauce, sugar, and water, and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Return the meat to the pan, add the rinsed bamboo shoots, and mix thoroughly. Season with oyster sauce and Chinese spice mix, and sauté for about 1 minute. If necessary, thicken the sauce with cornstarch mixed with cold water.
- Fry fried eggs.
- Transfer the meat to a plate. Top with a fried egg and sprinkle with chives. Serve with your favorite vegetables and cooked rice.
