Ingredients
- 500 gr House of Asia sushi rice
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Sushi Rice Sauce
- 6 pieces House of Asia Nori Leaves
- 100 gr House of Asia panko breadcrumbs
- 1 pack House of Asia tempura coatings
- 50 gr House of Asia Teriyaki Sauce
- 30 gr House of Asia Sriracha Sauce
- 30 ml House of Asia Premium Soy Sauce
- 300 g salmon fillet, cut into small cubes
- 5 tablespoons of cream cheese
- a handful of finely chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Frying oil
A method of preparing
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside to cool and season with sushi rice sauce.
- Place a portion of rice and cream cheese in the center of each nori leaf. Roll tightly, forming a roll—the nori should completely enclose the rice.
- Prepare the tempura according to the package instructions. Dip the roll in the batter, coat it in panko breadcrumbs, and deep-fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside on a paper towel to drain.
- Marinate the salmon in soy sauce, add chives and set aside for a few minutes.
- Slit the fried roll like a hot dog bun. Place the salmon in the slit and drizzle with teriyaki sauce, then sriracha sauce and mayonnaise. Finally, sprinkle with chives and serve.
