Teriyaki salmon with airfryer potatoes
Craving something other than classic salmon with lemon? This teriyaki salmon with crispy airfryer potatoes is the perfect fusion of Asian cuisine and homemade comfort food! Just a few ingredients, 10 minutes in the airfryer, and you've got a dinner that smells like it came from a fine restaurant!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Houe of Asia teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon House of Asia Spices for Chinese Cuisine
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia White Sesame
- 400 g salmon fillet
- Grated zest of ½ lime
- 4 medium potatoes, previously cooked
- 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Salt, pepper
- Finely chopped chives
A method of preparing
- Cut the salmon fillet into 2 portions, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lime zest, and drizzle with oil. Set aside for a few minutes.
- Gently score the cooked potatoes, then sprinkle with salt and Japanese seasoning, sprinkle with garlic and drizzle with oil.
- Place the salmon and potatoes in the airfryer drawer and bake at 160°C for 10 minutes. Brush the salmon with teriyaki sauce while baking. You can also bake the dish in the oven using the same settings.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and chives.
