Udon noodles with tofu and beans
Udon is a thick, wheat noodle originating from Japan. Combined with tofu and vegetables, it creates a filling dish, perfect for a quick and easy lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 300 gr udon noodles
- 2 tsp miso paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Chinese cuisine spices
- 2 tsp sesame roasted
- 150 g natural tofu
- 1 onion, cut into feathers
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 6 mushrooms cut into pieces
- 100 g cooked green beans
- 2 chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1 small bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of oil
A method of preparing
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili pepper and 1/3 of the tofu, cut into cubes and marinate in the previously prepared sauce.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, mushrooms, and green beans. Add the miso paste, ginger paste, and cooked noodles. Mix thoroughly and season with Chinese spices.
- Serve the finished dish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
