Chinese-style chicken with mushrooms

Ingredients
20 gr Mun mushrooms whole House of Asia
5 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons House of Asia Dark Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon House of Asia 5 Flavor Spices
50 gr House of Asia Mung Bean Sprouts
200 g chicken leg meat
50 g sweet potato cut into half-slices
50 g leek cut into half-slices
1/2 onion cut into feathers
2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of potato starch
50 ml of cold water
1 teaspoon of sugar or honey
2 tablespoons of green onions, cut into strips
3 tablespoons of oil
A method of preparing
- Slice the chicken into medium-sized strips. Marinate it in a tablespoon of light and dark soy sauce and Chinese seasoning.
- Cover the mun mushrooms with boiling water and set aside for 15 minutes. Drain.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken. Transfer it to a bowl and, in the same pan, fry the vegetables, mung bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Add the fried chicken.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing together: soy sauce, water, sugar and starch.
- Pour the sauce into the pan, heat through, and mix thoroughly. Serve sprinkled with scallions.
