Spicy udon noodles with vegetables and crispy chicken

Ingredients
- 400g House of Asia Udon Noodles
- 4 tablespoons House of Asia Dark Soy Sauce
- Handful House of Asia white sesame seeds
- House of Panko Bread Asia – at your discretion
- Yipin Agro Crunchy Garlic in Oil – at your discretion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 carrot
- 150g shredded white cabbage
- 1 chili pepper
- a tablespoon of clarified butter
- salt
- 1 chicken breast
- flour
- egg
- citrus pepper
- frying oil
- chive
A method of preparing
- Using a peeler, peel the zucchini and carrot into long strips, then cut them into thin spaghetti-like strips. Slice the bell pepper.
- Toss the zucchini, carrots, and cabbage in the heated clarified butter, add salt, and sauté for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chili toward the end and sauté for a further minute.
- Cut the chicken first into strips and then into larger cubes.
- Mix the panko with citrus pepper and salt, then dredge the chicken in flour, egg, and this mixture. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Boil the udon noodles for 2 minutes, then fry them for another 2 minutes in hot oil with crispy garlic.
- Add the fried vegetables and soy sauce to the noodles and mix thoroughly.
- Lay out the pasta, place crispy chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
