Chinese-style stir-fry noodles with shrimp
This stir-fry is a true feast for the palate! The combination of House of Asia green pea noodles, juicy shrimp, tofu, and crispy vegetables creates a flavorful dish that can be prepared in just 30 minutes. Velvety soy sauce, delicate sesame, and fresh cilantro complete the dish. It's the perfect choice for a quick Asian dinner!
Ingredients
- 1 pack House of Asia Green Pea Pasta
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 4 tablespoons House of Asia Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/2 can House of Asia Bamboo Shoots
- 1 spoon House of Asia white sesame seeds
- 6 cleaned shrimps
- 100 g tofu, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon chili
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 carrot cut into thin matchsticks
- 100 g blanched broccoli, divided into florets
- 1 onion, cut into slices
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 60 ml of water
- A few coriander leaves to serve
A method of preparing
- Marinate shrimp in 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, mix with oil and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Soak the pasta in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown. Set aside on a paper towel.
- Next, sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, rinsed shoots, and broccoli. Transfer to a bowl.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili, sugar, water and starch.
- Fry the shrimp, add the vegetables, tofu, and noodles. Mix with the sauce and heat gently. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and cilantro.
