Ingredients

  • 4 liście nori
  • 300 gr sushi rice + 350 ml of water
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 mango cut into thin strips
  • 1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 salmon (approx. 50g), cut into strips (without skin and bones)
  • 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Premium soy sauce

A method of preparing

  1. Rinse the rice in cold water several times until the water is almost clear. Add clean water. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes in a heavy-bottomed pot, covered.
  2. Leave the cooked rice in the pot with a lid for 1 hour. Mix the cooled rice with vinegar, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Lay out the nori sheets on a bamboo mat. Then, spread the rice over the entire surface, leaving the sides bare.
  4. Place strips of salmon, cucumber, and mango on the rice. Roll the sushi using the mat. Cut with a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
