Miso soup with tofu and wakame

Ingredients
- 6 Shiitake Mushrooms House of Asia
- 5 sachets House of Asia Miso Pastes
- 110 gr House of Asia Ramen Noodles
- 2 tsp House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia roasted sesame oil
- 10g seaweed Wakame House of Asia
- 50 g diced tofu
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/2 carrot, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cm of ginger root, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of oil for frying
- 500 ml of water
- Chives for garnish
A method of preparing
1. Prepare the noodles and seaweed according to the instructions on the package.
2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water until soft and cut them into slices.
3. Heat the oil in a pot, fry the onion, garlic, ginger, carrots and mushrooms for a minute.
4. Pour in water, add soy sauce and tofu. Cook for 7 minutes, then add sesame oil and miso, and cook until the paste dissolves.
5. Place the noodles and wakame in bowls and pour in the miso soup.
6. Garnish the dish with chives.
