Chicken wings in bulgogi paste
Got 30 minutes? That's all you need to make wings that taste like Asian street food! Tender meat, aromatic bulgogi paste, crispy airfryer skin, and a fantastic sauce with sriracha, sesame seeds, and chives. Serve with a light salad, and... you're done! Minimum effort – maximum flavor!
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken wings
- 50 gr House of Asia Bulgogi Pasta
- 2 tablespoons of oil
SOS:
- 1 spoon House of Asia Sriracha Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia White Sesame
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
To serve:
- Any salad
A method of preparing
- Clean the wings, cut off the flight feathers and cut them in half at the bend.
- Marinate the meat in the bulgogi paste and oil. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes, longer if possible.
- Place the wings in an airfryer, set the temperature to 180°C, and bake for about 20 minutes. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Transfer the cooked wings to a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives. Serve with the sauce and your favorite salad.
