Creamy Udon with Kimchi

Ingredients
- 200 gr Fresh Udon Noodles from House of Asia
- 80 gr Kimchi House of Asia
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Kimchi Sauce
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- half a teaspoon House of Asia Garlic Pastes
- half a teaspoon House of Asia Ginger Pastes
- 100 g bacon cut into strips
- 50 g onion, sliced into strips
- 30 g finely chopped spring onions
- 15 g finely chopped chili
- 200 ml of cream 30%
To serve:
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia white or black sesame seeds
- 1 egg yolk
A method of preparing
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Add the bacon to a cold pan and cook over a low heat until the fat is rendered. If there's not enough fat, add a little oil.
- Then add the onion, spring onion, chili, and kimchi. Add the garlic and ginger paste. Mix everything together.
- After a moment, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and kimchi sauce. Stir and pour the cream over everything.
- When the cream begins to boil, add the udon noodles. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with an egg yolk in the center, sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also add a little chives and chili on top.
