Airfryer vegetable omelette
Looking for a light, filling meal that practically cooks itself? This airfryer omelet with vegetables and cheese is pure gold! Instead of frying, you bake it. Instead of the classic toppings, you add edamame, sriracha, and Japanese spice. Delicious, fluffy, and ready in 17 minutes. And you? You have a moment to yourself!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon House of Asia Japanese Cuisine Spices
- 100 gr House of Asia Edamame Beans
- 4 eggs
- 50 g grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
To serve:
- 1 spoon House of Asia Sriracha Sauce
- Spring onions and coriander, finely chopped
A method of preparing
- Add the soy sauce, two tablespoons of water, and the spices to the eggs. Beat with a whisk.
- Drain the beans and rinse under running water.
- Add all ingredients to the egg mixture and mix gently.
- Grease the form, pour in the egg mixture and place in the airfryer for 12 minutes at 170°C.
- Remove the finished omelette from the pan, pour sriracha sauce over it and sprinkle with herbs.
