Poke bowl with soba noodles and tofu
A poke bowl, simply put, is a bowl of beautifully arranged ingredients. What exactly does the name of the dish mean? The word "poke" means to share in Hawaiian. The flavors contained in a traditional poke bowl are meant to mingle in the mouth. The combination of hot and cold ingredients in eye-pleasing compositions is intended to provide not only a taste sensation but also a visual delight.
