Poke bowl with udon noodles and sesame chicken
Poke bowl – a dish that traditionally consists of hot rice, cold fish, and colorful vegetables and toppings. Its composition makes you hungry just by looking at it. The ingredients are arranged in an appetizing and aesthetically pleasing way. The dish has gained popularity worldwide and has undergone many modifications.
Our poke bowl is inspired by Fusion, where chicken replaces fish and udon noodles replace rice. The dish's flavor is complemented by vegetables found in every Polish kitchen: onions, broccoli, and carrots. This incredibly simple dish is perfect for lunch.
Ingredients
- 150 gr Udon Noodles House of Asia
- 1 spoon White i House of Asia black sesame seeds
- 1 spoon House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 100 g chicken breast
- 20 g spinach
- 60 g blanched broccoli
- 60 g carrots, cut into thin strips
- 0,5 red onion, thinly sliced, marinated in lemon juice
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of oil for frying
SOS
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp House of Asia Oyster Sauce
A method of preparing
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
2. Cut the meat lengthwise into thick strips, marinate in soy sauce for about 15 minutes, then coat in sesame seeds and fry in oil for about 6-7 minutes, turning every minute.
3. Marinate the chopped onion in lemon juice for about 10 minutes.
4. In a bowl, place the pasta, spinach, chopped chicken, broccoli, carrots, and onion.
5. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the bowl just before serving.
