Thai broth with salmon
Aromatic and creamy – Thai salmon soup is a combination of coconut milk, red curry and fresh coriander in a perfect harmony of flavors.
Ingredients
- 100 gr Gluten-free rice noodles 5mm House of Asia
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Red Curry Paste
- 400 ml Organic coconut milk 17-19% House of Asia
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Fish Sauce
- 2 tsp House of Asia Lime Juice
- 1-2 teaspoons House of Asia Garlic Pastes or 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp House of Asia Ginger Pastes or 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 250 g raw salmon, diced
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 fresh lemongrass, chopped
- 1 small bunch of chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into pieces
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
A method of preparing
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or saucepan, then add the onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, and lemongrass and sauté for about 4 minutes. Then add a teaspoon of curry powder and mix everything together.
- Pour the broth, coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice into the pot, and season with sugar, salt and pepper.
- Finally, add the salmon and curry sauce, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve the soup with rice noodles, lime wedges, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
