Aromatic shrimp with ginger and garlic
Briefly stir-fried shrimp in a rich soy sauce with ginger and garlic is a simple recipe for maximum flavor. Slightly spicy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. They taste best with Mie noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 spoon House of Asia Garlic, Ginger and Chili Pastes
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia White Sesame
- 200 g shrimp 16/20, peeled and cleaned
- 100 ml of broth
- 1 teaspoon of potato starch
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- frying oil
A method of preparing
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger, chili powder, broth, and potato starch. Mix thoroughly until a smooth sauce forms.
- Place the shrimp in a heated pan and fry for a minute on each side. Pour in the prepared sauce and cook until it thickens and coats the shrimp in a shiny glaze.
- Place the finished dish on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh chives.
To keep the shrimp firm and juicy, fry them very briefly – frying them too long will make them rubbery.
For the full Asian flavor, serve with Mie House of Asia Noodles.
