Mie noodles with shiitake mushroom sauce
Mie noodles with a fragrant shiitake mushroom sauce and vegetables are a simple way to sneak more vegetables and new flavors into your everyday cooking. Ready in 15 minutes, they taste just like something from a good restaurant! They're the perfect option if you want to spice up your home-cooked meals without any unnecessary complications.
Ingredients
- 1/2 package Mie House of Asia Noodles / House of Asia Wheat Mie Noodles
- 1 sachet Shiitake mushroom sauce House of Asia
- 1/2 jar Vegetables for the wok House of Asia
- 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce House of Asia
- 1/2 teaspoon Spices of Chinese cuisine House of Asia
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Garlic Pastes or 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of spring onions, cut into 3 cm strips
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
A method of preparing
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce and Chinese spices, set aside for 10 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Place the vegetables in the wok in a sieve and rinse with cold water, then squeeze out excess water.
- Fry the onion and garlic paste in heated oil, add the chicken, fry for 3 minutes, add the vegetables, fry for another minute, finally add the noodles, and mix everything with the shiitake mushroom sauce.
- Place the finished dish on a plate and sprinkle with spring onions.
