Vermicelli pasta in oyster sauce
10 minutes, one pan, and ingredients from House of Asia—that's all it takes to make an aromatic dinner brimming with flavor. Marinated chicken, garlic, ginger, pasta, and that sauce... insane! For when you're short on time but crave something extra.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 pack Gluten-Free Glassy Vermicelli Pasta from House of Asia
- 200 g skinless chicken leg meat
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of potato starch
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
SOS:
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped spring onions
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 chili peppers, finely chopped
- 2 cm of ginger, finely chopped
- 50 ml of oil
- Lime and coriander leaves to serve
A method of preparing
- Cut the chicken into thin strips, marinate them in soy sauce, egg, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Place the garlic, onion, ginger, and chili in a bowl, add the spring onion and sesame seeds, and mix. Heat the oil until it begins to boil. Pour the hot oil over the ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Add the sauces and season with sugar. Mix well.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- In a heated pan, brown the marinated meat, add the carrots, and cook for another minute. Then add the cooked pasta. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients.
- Place the finished dish on plates, garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle with lime juice.
