A method of preparing

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the pancakes. Knead the dough thoroughly, then cover the bowl with a damp cloth. Set aside for 30 minutes. Form the dough into a ball, then divide it into 8 equal pieces and roll them out into thin pancakes. Brush each pancake with a little sesame oil, then place the second pancake on top and gently roll out until the two pancakes are well combined. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.
  2. Place the meat in a bowl, then add the honey garlic sauce, ginger, and dark soy sauce. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the mushrooms according to the instructions on the package. Drain.
  4. In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
  5. Crack the eggs into a bowl, then whisk them and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a wok and fry the eggs until set. Set aside on a plate.
  6. Add a little oil to the wok and fry the meat. Add the mushrooms, vegetables, previously prepared sauce, and eggs. Mix everything together.
  7. Serve the dish on flatbreads. Sprinkle with chives, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
