  2. Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions. Then rinse with cold water and drain well.

  4. Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the chicken, mushrooms, onion, and carrot for about 1 minute. Add the spinach, stir, and transfer to a bowl.
