Classic or your own way?
The fragrant and aromatic dishes of Thailand, inviting you to try them at every turn, the minimalism and perfectionism of Japanese sushi, and Chinese Peking duck are just a few examples of how Asian cuisine boasts a wealth of classic dishes that are a must-try. What if we incorporated Asian products into our daily menus, diversifying dishes we know from other cuisines and adding an Asian touch? The flavors of Asia offer us countless possibilities. It's worth taking advantage of them. But how do we make them delicious?
For vegetarians
Vegetarians can go wild with Asian cuisine. Aromatic shiitake and mun mushrooms are perfect for enhancing the flavor of Polish soups and sauces. They have an intense flavor, a meaty consistency, and are very nutritious. Seaweed, such as wakame or nori, also finds numerous uses. Nori used for sushi also works well as an addition to soups, and wakame, packed with vitamins, is an invaluable ingredient in salads.
For fans of Chinese food, we have an autumn version udon noodles, full of shiitake mushrooms, with the addition of chanterelles and spinach. We guarantee that mushroom lovers will be delighted, and thanks to the health benefits of shiitake mushrooms, they will take care of their immunity before winter.
A classic side dish for pork chops, it's also delicious without them! This Thai-style cucumber salad has the power of chili and the mildness of cream. It may take a little longer to prepare, but the flavor will be worth the effort.

For meat lovers
With Asian spices, sauces and additions, you can really transform a well-known and cliched piece of meat.
Let's start with something special! Pork tenderloin served with pineapple They're simultaneously spicy, salty, and sweet, creating an unforgettable flavor experience. They're perfect for a weekend lunch or a unique dinner. What's more, this dish takes literally just a few minutes to prepare, which is a huge plus, especially when the tenderloins disappear from the plate in the blink of an eye.
A different kind of burger! That's right, udon burger For those who like to experiment and aren't afraid to mix up the classics. A rather unusual dish, because instead of a regular bun, we'll use... udon noodles! Preparing it isn't as difficult as it might seem. Just form patties from cooked noodles and an egg, then fry them. Simple, right? And very impressive, too. No one will pass by this burger indifferently. 😉
Chicken wings don't have to be boring either; teriyaki and miso sauce are all you need to give them character! Sounds good, right? All the ingredients combined create a well-balanced composition of flavors and aromas that you'll fall in love with from the first bite. Don't wait, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get to work. 🙂
Craving ramen? This dish came to Japan in the 19th century, but today there are many variations of this soup. This is one of the most popular Japanese dishes, but there is no single recipe, and the composition of the soup and the additions in the broth depend entirely on the chef preparing it. Perhaps this time, a version with shiitake mushrooms and zucchini?
For seafood fans
There's no shortage of them in Asia, but we can't complain anymore. The availability of seafood is quite decent. You can use them in fish soups and curries, but you can also go wild. We recommend japa dogs. This Canadian street food is winning the hearts of Americans and beyond. It's no longer just a regular hot dog with sausage! It's a definite departure from the original. Served with teriyaki sauce, soba noodles, and full of delicious Asian flavors... The variations are endless! How to make your own japa dog? Beetroot and shrimp version It will definitely be a nice change of pace in the afternoon 🙂

And for dessert… Thai ice cream!
Although it's difficult to make them yourself at home, they look and taste truly delicious. At stands and food trucks, they're prepared in front of customers, providing an additional attraction for dessert lovers. Cold and with your choice of toppings, they satisfy both taste and visual expectations. You simply have to try them.
