Ingredients
- 1 pack House of Asia colored rice paper
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia Chinese Cuisine Spices
- 1 spoon House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons each White sesame i black House of Asia
- 400 g minced pork
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 10 g finely chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
A method of preparing
- Place the meat in a bowl, add Chinese spice mix, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and spring onion, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Briefly soak a sheet of rice paper in water, add about 2 tablespoons of the filling, form a log, and roll it up. Then wrap it again with a second, damp sheet of rice paper.
- Mix white and black sesame seeds, roll the rolls in it, and then cut them into pieces about 2-3 cm long with scissors.
- Fry the morsels in a pan until golden brown or bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
If you want to achieve the maximum crispiness, lightly spray the morsels with oil before frying – the sesame seeds will brown faster and the rice paper will be evenly crispy.
